Can I get a Bitcoin refund if I used my BTC debit card?

Guys, I have a problem. I bought shoes online using my Bitcoin debit card, and when the shoes arrived they looked completely different to the ones in the picture and poor quality. What do I do now? I usually I ask the seller for a refund and send the product back to them, but I paid using cryptocurrency. Will I be able to get the crypto back, or at least the equivalent thereof?
