Can I use a BTC debit card to pay for insurance premiums?

Crypto trading and investments has been a major interest of mine for the last couple of years and I'm super stoked to see that it's starting to become more legitimate and that I can even use a Bitcoin debit card to pay for various items and services. I was wondering whether I could change the payment of my home insurance (dwelling & personal property coverage) from a fiat currency (US dollars) to Bitcoin?

Simply use the number on your debit card as you do for other transactions. However, not all insurance companies accept cryptocurrency payment modes. Hence, you may need to contact the insurance company via call or email to confirm that they accept Bitcoin payments.
