While the answer may initially seem to be that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency accepted, this is not usually the case.
Bitcoin has the largest market capitalization and most prominent name in cryptocurrency, but several other mainstream cryptocurrencies are also accepted when ordering food.
These include Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash.
Most merchants might favor Bitcoin because it is the most widely known and used cryptocurrency, so there is less risk involved in accepting it as payment.
Additionally, it is less likely to fluctuate in value than some of the other options, making it more stable for businesses.
Overall, Bitcoin is a safe and reliable option for stores looking to accept cryptocurrency payments.
