Is it possible to buy cellular data using crypto?
Asked 2 months ago
So... I watch YouTube videos on my phone using cellular data frequently and it runs out very fast. I use online banking to buy data every time it runs out, which I find to be a hassle... I'm looking to start buying data using crypto. Is it possible to do this? As far as I do know, it is possible to top up airtime using crypto. So, does the same apply to buying cellular data?

Depending on where you're located, you can definitely find some cellular data providers that accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method. There are even some providers that offer prepaid mobile phones that you can directly purchase with crypto, like T-Mobile or NET10. If your mobile provider doesn't accept crypto payments for cellular data purchases, consider getting a crypto debit card and paying for refills just like with any other card.
