In the US, crypto is offered by eToro USA LLC and eToro NY LLC (FinCEN-registered money transmitters with a New York BitLicense), not by a broker-dealer. We haven't researched US crypto rules yet. eToro (ME) Limited is regulated by the ADGM FSRA in Abu Dhabi, a regulator we don't cover yet, and we haven't verified which clients it serves. The same goes for the Seychelles entity. The Singapore entity (MAS CMS101824) is not listed here yet.
